Comments

I really enjoyed coming to the seminar because I hardly ever get to interact with kids like me so it was exciting. My favourite was Ken Ring’s Maths class.

Isabella, 10yrs, Bay of Islands

I just want to say I think that these classes are a great opportunity for kids to enjoy things that they don’t usually get to do. I have to be honest, I enjoyed everything. I would love to have this opportunity again.

Summer, 10yrs, Glen Eden

These workshops are so fun and really get my brain working. Being able to do something like this is awesome and it doesn’t happen much. I did a lot of things I don’t normally get to do. I can’t explain how happy I am. Thank you for reading my letter.

Nico, 9yrs, Glen Eden

I really like this seminar. It’s really fun and you learn at the same time and I like it how we get to work for a long time on a subject because it’s really fun. I wish I could do it every day.

Brandon, 9yrs, South Auckland

I loved doing these classes because it was not at all like school. The best thing of all was strategy games and Ken Ring. I am going to be an inventor when I grow up.

Hunter, 8yrs, Meadowbank

I am writing this to say how I loved the workshops and found the classes very exciting. When I am older I am going to be a professional sportswomen, actor, musician and children’s fiction writer and so the opportunity to do all the different subjects has really helped me. I would very much like to do it again.

Teia, 10yrs, Wairoa

I simply loved the workshops. Best of all was astronomy and also Russell. I want to come back next time.

Andrew 9 yrs, West Auckland

I think that Diplomacy was the best out of all the choices I made and I would love to come back to do this again if I had the chance to!!! I liked all the tutors and teachers because they don’t get angry like some others of the classes I have been to. The children are funny and come from all over the place. If I come back I would like to do Maths Magic and Beginning Classics.

Jesse 10yrs, Mangere

Our students loved the seminar. I couldn’t believe their awards. Not bad for a Decile 2 school! The Principal was bowled over as well.

R.Thompson, Hastings

Travis and Jody really enjoyed the seminar and I must say I was very impressed with the standard of the teaching. Ken Ring was a real hit and both are now taking an interest in maths! We will make every effort to attend again.
